To the Niles Family:
I remember dear Rosemary being such a very humble, petite, soft-spoken, devoted and extremely kind lady. One memory I have is that Rosemary gave my Mother, Linda Reese, a recipe that my Mom would make over and over and over again which we never did tire of. It was so delicious! I do not recall the name of the salad, but it was made with yellow jello, bananas, marshmallows, crushed pineapple, cream cheese and white cheddar cheese. My Mother would entertain and serve this salad in a square on a bed of lettuce as an appetizer quite often. People so enjoyed it. I hope you all have a recipe of Rosemary's to carry on to each generation. I know she will be missed by all of you. May you know and believe that she is at peace with her Heavenly Father and that we will all see her again one day. Bless all of you as you grieve and miss your wife, your Mother, your grandmother and your friend. My prayers are with each of you.
