Robert B. "Bob" Moore, 66 of Houston, TX, loving husband, father and grandfather, went peacefully to be with our Lord on Sunday, August 17, 2008, at his home. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothea Moore, mother-in-law, Mary McNamara, brother-in-law, Vito Colucci and sister-in-law, Joan Moore. He was the beloved husband of June McNamara Moore. They were married February 3, 1968 and from that union they were blessed with four children. Bob's love of family was inspired by his three sons and a daughter, Joseph Moore of Katy, TX, Thomas and Heather Moore of Katy, TX, Christopher Moore of Sealy, TX and Melissa Moore of Houston, TX. The apples of his eye were his two grandsons, Julian and Sean Moore; and two granddaughters, Sophia Moore and Kelsey Huckabee. Bob was educated in Waterville and went on to enlist in the United States Air Force. After completing his education and tour of duty he was honorably discharged. He returned to the Waterville area to his love of farming. He was an avid "CUBS" and "NASCAR" fan. Bob leaves behind his sister, Phyllis Colucci, of OH; four brothers, Ronald and Beverly Moore, of North Syracuse, Donald and Pam Moore, of PA, his identical twin, Raymond Moore, of Ilion and John "Fred" and Martina Moore, of MA; his aunt, Joyce Roberts, of Waterville; and uncle, Pat Roberts of Richfield Springs. He also leaves his in-laws, Loretta and Allan Hiscock, of Winterton, NFLD, Thomas and Kathleen McNamara, Robert and Barbara McNamara, Gloria and Steven Lollman, Eleanor and Dr. David Petrie and Barbara and Frank Manno, all of Waterville, Theresa Nelson, of Oriskany Falls, Bruce McNamara, of Jamestown, Kevin and Janet McNamara, of FL and Christopher and Maribel McNamara, of TX; as well as an abundant amount of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 am at St. Bernard's Church, Waterville. Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 5-8 at the Kloster-Northrop & Bentz Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville. May you rest in peace. Until we meet again, Love June, Joe, Tom, Haether, Chris, Missy, Julian, Sean, Sophia and Kelsey. Good Night PeePaw!!!

Dear June & family, Words cannot express how sorry I am that Bob died. As time goes by your grief will lessen but time cannot erase the memories you have of him. My memories go back to the 1980's when we bowled with you on the Paris Co-Ed League. Scores didn't matter as long as the friends were having fun.I pray that God will give you the comfort you need now and in the future. Love, Edie
June, Our prayers are with you and your whole family. My Bob be as challenging to God in heaven as he was to all on earth. He could always get a party started.

Memis, my heart is with you and the family. I am praying that The Joy of the Lord be your strength. Love, your sister from a different momma
Good looked around his garden and found an empty place. He then look down upon his earth and saw your loving face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. His garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best. He saw your path was difficult, he closed your tired eyes, He whispered to you"Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly. When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain, we would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again. You've left us precious memories, your love will be our guide, you live on through your children, you're always by our side. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone. For part of use when with you on the day God called you home. We love you all.

What a perfect picture of Uncle Bob at the top of the page. We're proud of him and look forward to seeing him again. With Uncle Bob, Grandma Moore, Aunt Kay and everyone else, I imagine there'll be one corner of heaven known for a lot of good times and laughter. It won't be hard to find our family, that's for sure!
God comforts those who mourn, and we all mourn the loss of "Uncle Bob." Someone said that light bulbs die, but people depart. We have the hope of eternal life with our Savior and we will be together again when all depart from here. Until then, we miss you Uncle Bob.
We love you and I will miss our weekly telephone chats. Rest in Peace. Phyl
Melissa, You and your family will continue in my prayers. I pray that God wraps His loving and peaceful arms around you all. What a blessing to know where PeePaw is and that we will all meet again!
