Daddy was a man of unshakable faith, his heart was pure and his will was strong. His favorite times were spent with his family and friends, sharing smiles and songs. He is survived by Enid of Brooklyn; three daughters and their spouses, Dorothy Engel of Utica, Diane Engel-Bradstock and Richard Young of Utica and Donna and Steven Young of Waterville; three sisters, Dorothy Schoen of Myerstown, PA, Betty Tangradi of Philadelphia, PA and Susan Greenwalt of York, PA; seven grandchildren, Jessica, Dana, Stephanie, Jaclyn, Sam, Jenna and Jonathan; two great grandchildren, Skyler and Deion; a special adopted grandson, Thomas; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends he met over the years. He was predeceased by a daughter, Debbie Engel; and a sister, Joan Trompeter. A memorial service will be held Thursday evening at 7 o'clock at the Kloster-Northrop & Bentz Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville, with Pastor Ed Townsend officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, PA. Calling hours are Thursday from 6-7, prior to the service. "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God".

I miss you dad!
