Barb, I am so sorry for you and your family. Having to lose Billy and now your Mom in such a short time must be a terrible cross to bear. I have so many memories of my Aunt Bert and Uncle Matt playing pitch until the wee hours of the morning, always laughing. Memories of your Mom teaching my Mom to drive (hysterical!!) I'm so glad I got to see her this past summer. Aunt Bert, may the angels come to greet you and bring you safely into heaven. Love, Sonia Carole

This has been a very hard year for you Barb I know, but would like to say that if you need anything, you know I'm here for you. I will miss my Aunt Bert very much. I was so glad I got to see her during my trip to N.Y. last summer. Now I have wonderful memories of her to hold on to. Thanks for being the best Godmother anyone could have. Love you Aunt Bert.

First to you Barb, I you know am so sorry for the loss of your mother and my favorite Aunt. You know all the time I spent at your home growing up, lots of summer vacations until we moved to Oriskany Falls and was there all the time with you and Billy. I loved Aunt Bert very much. The funny thing that I remember was as I got older in my teen years, she was always trying to set me up on dates with many of the local boys. She did succeed a couple of times which made her happy. I think those few times I did it just to make her smile. My mom Sally, her sister, were very close for years and I use to hear stories from the both of them laughing until tears came to theirs and my eyes of the antics when they were young and single. She is now with all her brothers and sisters with the exception of our Aunt Mickey. She is having fun with them all including Billy and Uncle Matt. I know she and all our family watch over us that are still left until we too join them. I am not sure Heaven was ready for all of them but I know she and they have everyone laughing. Aunt Bert will be teaching a golf course, my mom will be teaching cooking and Aunt Helen will be growing vegatables and selling them! All joking aside, I send condolences from my family and me. There is no one like your mother and to this day I miss mine like it was yesterday she passed. You and your family will be in my prayers during this very hard time. God Bless, Barb All my love, your cousin, Sam
