In reading Grandma Neva Head's diary, I learned that Homer and Jr. loved to go sliding. This was in 1935. The West Side families continue.
Wishing you all peace at this time.
Sincerely from the Carlton Head family, Carlene

On behalf of the family of the late Earl and Viola Rankins I would like to extend my sympathy to your family. George and I would stop in to see Belle
and Homer from time to time. They always had such a good visit. George passed away Feb. 2007 and now Warren, in California, is the only one of the 5 Rankins boys left. They used to laugh about filling up the school bus with the Rankins, Keiths, Heads and Maines. I will always remember their lovely home and hospitality.
i am so sorry to hear about homer keith i would very miss him from the ditch family
Pat,Dennis, George, Tari, Connie, & Mark,and Belle
Our heart weeps for you and your families. Your dad/husband was a great guy, I'll never forget how he thought I could ride a pony so he slapped Patty's shetland pony on the rump with me on its back and off I went. The look on his face when he discovered I knew nothing about riding a pony. Bill of course remembers haying with your Homer. Hardest day work he ever put in. All the wonderful memories will replace most of the pain over time. Believe me both Bill and I know about losing your dad. Love Sandy and Bill Corey
