Mary Wakefield, 75, of the Aspen House at the Sitrin Health Care Center, formerly of 6 Kavod Road, New Hartford, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.

Mary was born on April 6, 1945, in Canastota, the daughter of the late Herman William and Marjorie Wakefield. Mary was welcomed to the Gan Kavod family on November 30, 2004 and moved to the Sitrin Health Care Center in 2007, where she remained until her passing. Mary enjoyed the companionship of the staff and housemates at her Aspen and Gan Kavod homes.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Herman.

A graveside service will be held Monday, January 11 at 2 pm at Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica. Arrangements are with Mark C. Bentz Funeral Service, Inc., New Hartford.
