Greg T. Williams, 47, of Waterville, was found on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, in the morning hours, after having been missing since January 1, 2008, while hunting. Greg was born May 1, 1960, in Utica, the son of Thomas Williams and the late Barbara Rieber Williams. Greg was a graduate of UFA and also attended MVCC and MIT in Arizona. In June of 1986, he married Lauren Delaney. Greg is survived by his wife, Lauren; his two sons and a daughter, Jesse, Dylan and Courtney, all of Waterville; his father and step mother, Thomas and Jean Williams of Ocala, FL; his sister, Diane Considine and her two daughters, Sarah and Stacey, all of Syracuse; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patricia and William Delaney of New Hartford; his sisters-in-law, Karen Kalies and her fiancee, George Spinella of Waterville, and her two daughters, Jenelle of Buffalo and Breanna of Waterville, and Kristen Delaney and her husband, Andrew Lenhardt of Albany; an uncle and cousins. Greg also leaves many good friends and was always willing to help anyone out. Greg was a devoted husband and father, who loved his children dearly. He passed his love of hunting onto his sons and his love of cooking onto his daughter. Greg also loved to garden and was the envy of his friends and neighbors for his many flower gardens and bountiful vegetable gardens each year. He also loved to be outdoors and loved to hunt. In keeping with Greg's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial Mass which will be celebrated on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 12 noon at St. Bernard's Church, Waterville. Arrangements are with the Kloster-Northrop & Bentz Funeral Home, Waterville.
