Brandi D. Kattato, 42, of Buffalo, formerly of Utica and Syracuse, entered into eternal life on Monday, March 19, 2012, at her home in Buffalo. She was born in Utica, the daughter of Francis G. Kattato and the late Sharon L. (Eddo) Olivera. Brandi was a graduate of Utica Free Academy and went on to Mohawk Valley Community College where she received her RN degree. Brandi was a caring and loving person who put other's concerns and needs before her own, and she would always help those less fortunate, even if it meant sacrificing her own self. She will be missed by many. She is survived by her life partner, Kelly Noble; her father, Francis G. Kattato, Cold Brook, New York; her two sons, Joshua T. and Justin J. Vasquez, FL; her brother, Dino F. Kattato, Loudonville, New York; and a granddaughter, Clara Martine Vasquez. The Kattato family is deeply grateful to the St. Vincent de Paul Society and Pathways of Buffalo and to Catholic Charities of Buffalo, Utica and Syracuse. Family and friends are invited to attend Brandi's Celebration of Life Services on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Bentz & Amodio Funeral Service, Inc., 470 French Road, Utica/New Hartford. A prayer service will be offered by Father Joseph Salerno at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
