Wendy Alguire Goldenstein, 45, of Hulser Rd., Town of Trenton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 18, 2010. She was born in New Hartford on October 8, 1964, the daughter of the late Arnold and Mavis (Adams) Alguire. She graduated from Whitesboro High School and the BOCES LPN program. She was a warm and loving person filled with compassion, trust and generosity toward everyone. Wendy is survived by her three sons and one daughter, Jonathan, Rochester, Jessica, Utica, Justin, Richmond, VA, and Jason, Clinton; three grandchildren, Angelina (Angel), Alyiah and Mary (Mezzy); a brother, Alan (Susan) Alguire; a sister, Melanie (Gerald) Platt; nieces, Alyson (Jay) Colosimo, Gina (Bill) Quesnell and Amy Alguire; and many friends. Graveside services will take place on Saturday, July 24, at 10:00 a.m. at the West Schuyler Cemetery, Newport Rd., Schuyler, with Pastor Greg Smellie of Souls Harbor Church officiating. Arrangements are with the Bentz & Amodio Funeral Service, Inc., Utica/New Hartford.
I am so sorry for your loss. s a member of Wendys class Whitesboro Class of 1982 it is a terrible shock and a great loss for all who knew her. She will live on in all of our memories.
