JEFFERS FAMILY, I am so sorry for your loss, You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May your memories be a comfort to you and your family.
I treasure my memories of Neil both as a business man and as a friend and fellow veteran. When I joined the Submarine Force he expressed a lot of support for me and reassured my family that I would be well cared for as a Sailor. He was right. He was my first insurance agent and things kind of went down hill when Aubrey took over and lost my business due to a negligent and negative oversight on an automobile incident with my Dad. Neil was such a great guy that I believe he will be on a Special Council up in Heaven. He will ever be a large shining light in my life. Farewell to a friend and mentor whom I shall remember for his great smile and wonderful demeanor.

I'll NEVER forget spending Saturday nights at your house, listening to Tennessee Ernie Ford's music, teasing "Mooch" and running around out in back of your house! It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but please find comfort in knowing he was a "special" part of many, many lives! Love, Cathy et al
